Hey all, I've been working out for a week now. Every morning (ok, wed, I took it easy, but still showed up). I realized that I can't really motivate people successfully if I can't prove that I motivate myself. I prefer to tell me what I have done rather than what I plan on doing. So the end of week 1 and I've done it. Momentum is key. Showing up works for me (and it helps I have a gym in my garage). :-) Let's keep it going! yay and happy labor day weekend!
